  1. What kinesic elements do Ferris and Cameron use while they’re speaking? There are five elements, all of which exist in this sequence. Identify one non-verbal cues for each type and how they function in the exchange. 
  2. Describe how Ferris and Cameron default to barriers of communication and thinking such as Fact/Inference Confusion, Allness, Intentional Orientation, or Static Evaluation in this sequence. Identify two barriers, one for each.
  3. Identify the five message characteristics that apply to the conversation between Ferris and Cameron. Describe how each characteristic was used.
  4. Describe the Cameron's paralinguistics in terms of tone, rate, pitch, and stress. 
  5. What do Ferris's oculesics communicate about his emotions? Be specific. There are two of three identifiable aspects to of tis behavior. 
  6. How do the proxemics change over the course of the argument? Why do they change? Be specific. 
  7. What kind of opener does Cameron use to start this conversation?
