Is anyone else having problems viewing the short clip? I've tried to watch it many times but the says an error has occurred. When it does finally work, there is no illustration.
The illustration starts at :29 into the video. If you're not using Chrome, it might help to make the switch, or if you click the YouTube icon and watch it directly from YouTube, you might have less issues.
